Questions related to Summer Program Registration

General Information: Our summer program application material consist of 1) $40 non-refundable application fee, 2) teacher's recommendation letter, 3) students essay. All the material can be provided online.

1) Register and email confirmation Once you registered to our summer program, you will received an email from to confirm that we have received your online registration. By click "Check Registration" in the email, you canautomatically log into your account and check or update your registration/application.

2) Update your account Information Once you logged in, you can update your account information by click the icon Inline image and then select Account to setup the log in name and password as you wish and also you can update your contact information and academic background from student's info menu. Please note, it is very important that you keep your student's info up to date.

3) Check your application/registration status: To check your summer program registration status, please go to "my registration" and select the summer program you registered.

4) Check application/registration material status Then the following page with detailed registration information will be displayed. Please check the items in Application area all have been submitted.

5) submitting your essay and teacher's recommendation letter for the summer program registration/application If not, you can submit them by click "review/edit" button you will get to this screen and you can upload the student's essay here and send request to your teacher to submit the recommendation letter.

6) Make Payment To check your balance or make payment, please go to payment menu then follow the instruction there.

7) Infomration for Program Please make sure all section (General, Academic and Allergy/Special Request) for the students are up to date before the summer program starts. Go to student's profile from the main menu, select student's Info.

If the student has allergy, special dietary request or any medical condition requires carring epi-pen and/or inhaler, please update the allergy/special request tab.

8)How to upload the ID picture? Please log into your account, then go to my registration, click "Check Registration Details" for the program that you need upload the ID picture. In the program registration page, under Additional Registration Related Actions section, click "Review / Edit" button.
